Orders and Payment

All orders are confirmed via direct communication and formal invoice. Payment terms are agreed in advance with each customer. Payments are primarily accepted via bank transfer.

Secure card payments may be available for approved transactions where appropriate. 

Pricing
Prices are provided on request depending on product specification, volume, and delivery requirements.

Delivery
Delivery terms are agreed individually for each order. Products are supplied from Ukraine and delivered to customers across Europe and the United Kingdom. Lead times and logistics arrangements are confirmed prior to order acceptance.

Inspection and Acceptance
Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after receipt.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of bulk timber products, returns are generally not accepted once goods have been delivered and accepted. Any claims or disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch and must be agreed in writing.
